Life long artist, former interior designer turned event producer, Jaymii has over 30 years in retail, design and business management and over 20 years of experience in the production and planning of events, festivals and conferences.
Jaymii previously co-owned 2 independent businesses; Sparrow Junction, LLC, an Asheville based development and management firm with clients in WNC, Florida and Costa Rica, and Samadhi Productions, LLC, an Asheville based production company who facilitated holistic workshops, wellness retreats and created sacred spaces for healing both in the US and abroad. She has worked with a number of esteemed organizations and personalities including Naropa University, Yoga Journal, ABC Carpet & Home, Omega Institute, AC Entertainment, Michael Franti & Spearhead, Sound Tribe Sector 9, Jane Fonda, Michael Moore, Robert F Kennedy Jr., John Perkins, Krishna Das and Christopher Reeves.
Her areas of expertise include: artistic & creative direction, event production/planning and event management, vendor/artist/talent acquisition/installation and management, contract negotiation, client services, volunteer management, business development and administrative operations.
